The Youth Development Association is an organisation centred around parents and their children who currently attend and are part of the Lincoln City FC Centre of Excellence. We aim to act as a conduit between Lincoln City FC, the Centre of Excellence and the players and families involved.

Our aim is to ensure and maintain the well-being of all concerned with the Centre of Excellence and act as a central point of contact for parents.

Ideally 2 people from each age group form part of the YDA group in order to disseminate information regarding fixtures, events and any other functions back to the other parents. This allows the coaching staff the time to concentrate on what they are here for - coaching. Usually there are leaflets regarding fixture times and maps to be made available, these can be distributed through the YDA.

We are funded completely by affiliation fees from parents and funds taken through catering at home matches. We are an entirely voluntary organisation run and organised by a staff keen to see the development of the talent currently within club.
